[Project 365] Day Two: Autobot

I found me an Autobot. This was late at night as we made a quick trip to the local 24 hour Walgreens. As you can see it wasn't doing a good job disguising it's self since it advertised everywhere on the car's body that it was an Autobot "Robots in Disguise". lol

[Project 365] Day One: Crock Pot

New?! Not really. As you can see from the looks of the crock pot it seems as if it's from the 80's or so. I don't mind since I don't use it quite often, however, after today that may change. I made chicken in the crock pot that the instructions said would take about 4-6 hours total. What I discovered was that it was done in 1/2 the time! That amazed me on so many levels. Mind you, aside from the shock of amazement that I was in in regards to the cooking time, the taste of the recipe was just a party for my taste buds. Which means that this is something that I will be adding in my recipe box for future cooking ventures.
The recipe for "Mexican Chicken"
from: Chef Michele's Adventure's Blog
Mexican Chicken
1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 4 hours or on high 6 hours. Shred chicken with a fork and mix well. Serve with tortillas, Spanish Rice and Refried Beans. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream and shredded lettuce.

I know that this blog was made for the intention of soley being for the purpose of Project 365, but I thought it was would be fun if I added other elements as well. This way it's not so "boring" and just full of daily photos.
So sit back and enjoy whatever comes from my day.

Project 365
Hello!
For the past few days I have been itching to start the "Project 365". What is that you ask? Basically it's a photo project in which one commits to take pictures for 365, or in other words a while year. I started this a while back, but I became extremely busy that I failed. However, since it seems that I now have much more free time I figured why not.
So join me on my year long journey of picture taking. It sounds neat since I can always go back and look at how life has changed through out the year. That there is always fun.
